Working as a Realtor in the Seattle area since 2009, Maynard has seen many changes in our ever-evolving city, has a keen eye for market trends, and easily adapts to them whenever necessary. Prior to his career in real estate, Maynard was a Senior Manager for a Big 4 accounting firm and a Senior Executive for a national bank. He is a former licensed CPA and earned his MBA from the University of Washington.

Maynard believes in living life to its fullest. With that, he loves traveling, golfing, and maintaining his health through consistent training. He's also a husband to his wife Lisa, a father, and a dog dad. As well, he brings his real estate acumen into his personal life via rental property investments.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Justin has called the Seattle area home since 2008. His wife and 2 wonderful boys live in Kenmore at Inglewood Golf Club but have also lived in South Lake Union, Wedgwood and West Seattle. When he is not helping his client's he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it is golfing, hiking, hanging out with friends or chasing after his active boys.

Michael is an alum of the University of Washington with a graduate degree in Finance and Economics.

With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Joanne has a strong foundation in luxury service. Her background working in high-end hotels, as well as experience in the tech industry, and managing short and long-term rentals have honed her organizational skills and ability to anticipate and meet the needs of discerning clients. 

Joanne currently lives with her husband and two boys in Kenmore. She enjoys time with family (often involving golf), and has a passion for photography and home design. With strong attention to detail and a creative eye, she’s dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our team and clients.

Kerry brings over two decades of experience in finance, real estate, and property management to every client relationship. A Seattle-area native, Kerry has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2014, having worked with both nationally and locally respected firms. This deep-rooted experience in the Pacific Northwest market means clients benefit from nuanced, local knowledge paired with a broad professional foundation.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Kerry built a distinguished career in commercial banking and property management. As a Commercial Loan Officer, Kerry managed complex portfolios spanning construction, SBA, and commercial loans — experience that gives clients a uniquely sophisticated perspective on the financial side of buying and selling property. Most recently, Kerry served as Properties & Services Manager, overseeing 200+ multifamily units, developing strong expertise in property valuation, capital improvement, and operational detail that few can match.

Outside of work, Kerry is a proud father of two who believes that balance and perspective are what make for a truly great advisor. Whether spending a weekend camping under the stars, catching the latest film, or working on his golf game, Kerry brings the same patience, focus, and positive outlook to everything he does.
