A Seattle-area native, Kerry has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2014, having worked with both nationally and locally respected firms. This deep-rooted experience in the Pacific Northwest market means clients benefit from nuanced, local knowledge paired with a broad professional foundation.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Kerry built a distinguished career in commercial banking and property management. As a Commercial Loan Officer, Kerry managed complex portfolios spanning construction, SBA, and commercial loans — experience that gives clients a uniquely sophisticated perspective on the financial side of buying and selling property. Most recently, Kerry served as Properties & Services Manager, overseeing 200+ multifamily units, developing strong expertise in property valuation, capital improvement, and operational detail that few can match.

Outside of work, Kerry is a proud father of two who believes that balance and perspective are what make for a truly great advisor.
