Finding a great listing agent can be tough. The process is a whole lot easier if you keep these three questions in mind.

The question I’m answering today is, “How do I find a great listing agent?” As you begin your search, here are the three factors that you need to consider:

1. Do they have experience? They should have a great track record of selling many homes each year for top dollar.

2. What kind of marketing plan do they have? It’s a slowing market and there are a lot more homes for sale now than there have been in the past few years. How are they going to market your home in a way that makes it discernible from others?  Having a great website and great photography are pieces of evidence that show they know what they’re doing.

3. Can you find testimonials for that agent? The most satisfied sellers will be willing to take the time to write out or record a testimonial for the agent. Looking at these will get you a great idea of what the experience of working with the agent will be like.
