 Our enormous daylight basement is a great family room/rec room. High ceilings, wet bar, a great place to stay cool in the summer and cozy in the winter with the wood-burning stove.

 The bird’s eye view of the neighborhood is incredible. Some things you may not think of include seeing the beauty of the change of seasons in our neighbor’s yards and gardens plus the view across the Sound with snow-capped vs bare mountains.

 Super easy freeway access! Highway 16, Point Defiance, Ruston Way. It makes life easy! Grocery stores and restaurants are just 3 minutes away.

 Christmas lights are so fun to look at and it’s like our neighbors are in a contest. They do such a fun, beautiful job with their light decorations and we get to see it all from up high!

 4th of July fireworks! Nobody is blocking our view! We love seeing the spectacular fireworks displays and it will never get old.
