First, we use professional photography, videography, and staging. We then conduct social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram, which means you’ll be featured on all the major internet real estate portals such as Zillow, Redfin, Windermere, etc. We also conduct email marketing to the thousands of other agents in the area in order to showcase your home directly to them.
From there, we go door-knocking in the surrounding neighborhood and do live phone prospecting to all the potential buyers and neighbors who are often the best candidates to purchase your home.
