Our clients bought their condo in the Vine Building back in 2013. They immediately fell in love and were very impressed with how the home was marketed for sale.
When their family grew and the time to sell their condo came up, they decided to go to the agent that listed the condo back in 2013 since they did such a great job listing the home. That agent was us.
When we talked about getting the home ready for sale, they said they had tenants in the property so work would be needed to get it ready for sale. Despite receiving discount commission offers from other brokers, our clients recognized the value of our great marketing plan as well as the complete listing service we provide.
Our sellers handed us the keys and we went to work getting the home ready to list in just 1 week. We cleaned and painted and coordinated handyman work and new appliances. We also staged the condo and shot a wonderful video and professional photography and priced it to sell. However, the market started to slow down and our sellers got a little nervous and wanted to do a significant price drop due to concerns over a real estate crash.
We encouraged them to stay the course and thanks to their patience, we ended up selling their condo at a price of $615,000, a fantastic result and much better than the below $600,000 price they were considering dropping to. We are thankful and fortunate they chose us to help them with their sale.

It was occupied by tenants from 2 years so our plan to was to make it as beautiful as possible the way it was when we bought it.
