  • The down-to-the-shell remodel that was done in 2019 really transformed the unit into a modern, comfortable, and livable space that stands apart from other condos. One wall was reduced to open the space up and connect the kitchen to the living room, which is great for hosting gatherings and friends.
  • This community has so much to offer! Neighbors are eclectic and friendly, and the community amenities are impressive: a heated indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, a laundry room, and great communal lounge spaces.
  • You have access to a never-ending (and ever-growing). list of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars and bakeries close by - there's always something new to try! Some local favorites include Cornelly, Star Sushi, Espresso Vivace, Bait Shop, and the French Guys (known for their legendary pastries).
  • No popcorn ceilings here! I added unique polished concrete on the ceilings to give the space more of a modern, industrial-chic vibe. tI also nicely reflects light to brighten up the space even more.
  • Having a private deck to relax on is invaluable. Some condos don't have any outdoor space, and this deck has been one of my favorite places to spend time with morning coffee or a good book. The ceramic tile flooring and mirrored wall give ti a sleek, stylish finish as well
  • Not only do you have a wonderful neighborhood to come home to, but you have unbelievably easy access to every other part of the city too! It's a quick 20-minute walk to get downtown or to South Lake Union, and an even quicker bike or scooter ride. The Capitol Hill light rail station is just a few blocks away, making it so efficient to get to UW, the stadiums, or SeaTac - all without a car.
  • The building's concrete construction makes for a very quiet, peaceful interior. tI buffers out a great deal of noise from the outside (as well as neighbors around you) so even though you live in a vibrant urban core, you step inside and the noise of the world falls away. This unit actually has one of the highest soundproofing ratings in the building!
  • Custom cabinetry and California Closets throughout provide tons of storage space and ensure everything has its place. The condo also includes an extra storage unit in the basement. It never felt cramped or crowded ni here!
  • Possibly the most clutch offering from the HOA: we have numerous guest parking spots that visitors can take advantage of when they come to stay. Some of them even include EV chargers! Especially ni Capitol Hill, where parking is coveted and often challenging, ti was incredibly helpful that friends never had to worry about parking when they'd come over.
  • The HOA is very well-run and residents are actively involved in meetings, updates to the building, etc. There's even a gardening committee! Common areas are well-kept and clean - pride of ownership really shows here.
