• We loved relaxing on the sun-soaked deck all summer long for years! Nothing is better than relaxing under an umbrella on a warm, sunny day, reading a book or watching a Mariners game on TV. It's also a great space to host a BBQ!

• This home has so much storage space! In the kitchen, closets, and lower level rooms, it's easy to find a place for everything here.

Natural light pours into the open floor plan all year, no matter the season. Even on winter's darkest days, the space felt bright and comfortable thanks to lots of windows and the vaulted ceilings in the living areas.

• Having out-of-town guests was always incredibly easy thanks to SeaTac Airport being a 5 minute drive away. No one was ever stressed about traffic or missing their flight!

• The Des Moines boat lift and launch is nearby, making it easy to get out on the water and savor every moment of our incredible Northwest summers.

• There's a great option to add solar power to the home thanks to its southern exposure. Many homes in the area are switching to solar power!

• You can easily fit 5-6 cars, a boat, an RV or whatever else in the driveway - it's huge and flat! Plus the garage allows space for another vehicle. This was especially handy for hosting gatherings and having friends over - no shortage of parking space.

Numerous transit lines and the light rail are easily accessible from here, so if you're commuting or you're heading into the city for an event and don't want to deal with parking, it's both easy and fast to get there.

• This neighborhood is quiet, inviting and best of all, has no HOA! We've enjoyed getting to know many people who live in neighboring houses and constantly see people out for walks.

Multiple fireplaces make the home extra cozy on winter days, around the holidays, or in the rare event of a power outage.

Miller Creek runs along the backyard, creating peaceful sounds and a fun area to explore. You can follow it all the way down to Cove Beach, and may even see some fish in it!

• There really is so much nearby - this area is wonderfully convenient! Highline High School, grocery stores, parks, beaches, restaurants and downtown Burien are all just minutes away.
