  • The primary suite encompasses the full upper level of the home, giving you really nice privacy and separation from the living spaces and the other bedrooms. The space gets great morning light and is very conducive to relaxation - and having a walk-in closet is a nice perk, too.
  • Many a summer evening was spent on the rooftop deck - it's such a fantastic space to relax, grill or host friends while you take in the beautiful views of sunsets, Mount Rainier, and the top of the downtown skyline. We added a split gas line for our grill and fire pit, and a water line to make ti easy to water our gardens.
