Perfectly situated along the edge of Lower Queen Anne and Belltown, this distinctive residence is moments from all of the best spots in Seattle’s core while still offering a peaceful and charming neighborhood feel to come home to. 📍TOP THINGS OUR CLIENTS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME
- This location is the perfect in-between of two fantastic neighborhoods: Belltown and Lower Queen Anne. You have an unlimited number of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries within just a couple of blocks, and that list is growing constantly. The Farfalle Salmone at La Vita e Bella in Belltown is a must-try dish!
- All of the events at Climate Pledge Arena are basically in your backyard! This building is the perfect pregame spot before concerts, WNBA games, or Kraken matches - the arena is just a couple of blocks away. Never having to worry about parking for these events really came in clutch, too.
- You're at the center of so many incredible cultural and community events and fun festivals here. Seattle Center is just a few blocks away and plays host to Bumbershoot, Folklife Festival, and a holiday market in the wintertime. We're also right near the end of the Seattle Pride Parade every June. There's always something fun to check out!
- Speaking of parking, having a dedicated space in the building's secure parking garage was invaluable to us. We walked everywhere! Rarely needing a car is a luxury that we greatly appreciated.
- Staff in t h e building a r e so great. The concierge is so helpful - they'll handle dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, receive packages or guests, and are constantly posting activities in the elevators to bring residents together. The on-site maintenance team has always handled any issues quickly and smoothly. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and gives us true peace of mind while living here!
- Olympic Sculpture Park is just down the street, and it holds a very special place in our hearts - we got married there! We loved taking a short, scenic stroll down to the park to watch the sunset. Myrtle Edwards Park is right next ot it, too, and is so beautiful since its recent renovation! The Elliott Bay Trail is great for a jog, as well.
- There are lots of great gyms and fitness centers nearby. So no matter what your interest is (pilates, cycling, group classes), there's a place for you. We really liked O-Fit and Transform 180.
- Having a private patio and a separate exterior entry to the unit was more helpful than we expected it to be! It made it easy for friends to come over and find our unit without having to be buzzed into the building or navigate various hallways and elevators. The patio is a great spot to relax with coffee and a good book!
- Walking t o Pike Place Market was a regular weekend activity for us. The walk there is beautiful, with soft morning light and salty sea breeze reminding you of what makes Seattle so special.
- OurfavoritecoffeeshopnearbyisBakeShop-it'sa Seattle institution! We went so frequently that they memorized our orders. Try the iced cardamom latte with a cardamom butterhorn or lavender early grey scone to pair with it - yum!
- The rooftop deck in the building is so incredible. Panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, the Space Needle, and the downtown skyline will wow you year-round. There are also communal BBQs to take advantage of, and you almost never have to wait to use one!
