TOP THINGS OUR CLIENTS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME
• This beautiful and vibrant neighborhood is one of Seattle's most convenient, diverse, and popular neighborhoods - and for good reason! Everything you need is within minutes, from great dining to shopping to entertainment options and more. Plus, heading downtown is easy with multiple bus routes stopping just down the block.
• We love our neighbors! Many residents in this area have been here for a long time, and take great care of their homes and gardens. Everyone is so nice and inviting, and we all look out for each other. We made many friends living here and will miss the sense of community greatly.
• The primary bedroom is super unique with its dual closets and lofted sleeping area. It's a really comfortable and cozy space. There are Velux electric skylights in that bedroom, which allow for great air circulation. They also close automatically if it starts raining when you're not home.
• Whipping up tasty meals in the kitchen is such a delight! The space is bright, open and beautiful, and is thoughtfully laid-out with room for multiple chefs. The brand new Fisher and Paykel appliances give the space an extra bit of flair, too.
• Having vaulted ceilings in both upstairs bedrooms really made the spaces feel so bright and airy, even during winter's darkest months. Every room gets great natural light.
• We enjoyed the flexibility of having a 2-car garage. It's great for parking one car and using the rest of the space for storage.
• The home has three good-sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms, which is rare in townhomes these days! We never felt cramped or short on space, and the lower level bedroom was perfect for when guests came to stay so they could have some privacy.
• We absolutely loved relaxing in the front yard. The landscaping was designed with our hot, dry summers in mind - many of the plants are drought tolerant and low maintenance. It's a wonderfully relaxing space to sit and sip your morning coffee while the neighborhood wakes up around you.
• There are trails, parks and grassy areas all along the ship canal - it's always fun to walk along the water, watch boats pass by and maybe even dip your toes into the water! It's a great relaxing spot to read a book, too.
• All the diverse offerings of Fremont, Ballard and Queen Anne are within minutes. This home is a short stroll to the Fremont Bridge, plus both the Ship Canal Trail and the Burke Gilman Trail are nearby. Even getting to South Lake Union on foot is a doable and enjoyable walk along the waterfront.
