  1. I have loved living here for the past 15+ years and will miss the home very much. I remodeled the entire home 2 years ago with over $250k in improvements, every aspect of the remodel was carefully thought out and custom-designed for the home.
  2. I love how easy the smart home features make living here. From security, speakers, lighting, and heating I can control everything from my phone.
  3. Indoor/outdoor living style - by far my favorite part of the remodel was the back deck with the glass roof, fire pit, and heaters. I spend the majority of my time there year-round and it’s a true oasis.
  4. The maintenance-free yard has been great and I would highly recommend it for busy working families.
  5. I love the chef’s kitchen - it has everything you could want!
  6. The living room is spacious and cozy with a great gas fireplace.
  7. Close to some of the best winery experiences on the Eastside! Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia, DeLille Cellars, Novelty Hill-Januik and more, all less than 5 minutes away.
  8. I love the privacy that our cul-de-sac provides. It’s perfect for young families with children. 
  9. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are nice and friendly. There are even several schools within walking distance. 
  10. Convenient access to I-405 without the highway noise. It’s close to Microsoft, Google, and Tableau, allowing for short commutes.
