TOP THINGS OUR CLIENTS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME
• This beautiful and vibrant neighborhood is one of Seattle's most convenient, diverse, and popular neighborhoods - and for good reason! Everything you need is within minutes, from great dining to shopping to entertainment options and more. Plus, heading downtown is easy with multiple bus routes stopping just down the block.
• We enjoyed hosting many gatherings in the secluded front area outside of the home. It has enough space to comfortably relax under the large patio umbrella with friends while still enjoying peace and privacy.
• Having a private two-car garage is such a blessing in a townhome. It offers plenty of space to park your cars without feeling cramped, or could be used for one car with tons of storage space and a custom Gladiator Garage Works shelving system. There's even a second fridge in there! We added a custom bike storage system in the garage, which used the space even more efficiently - and exploring by bike is a great way to see the area!
• The primary bedroom and bathroom are truly serene, relaxing spaces. Warm sunlight coming in through the big windows gently wakes you in the morning while birds chirp outside. There's dual closet spaces with custom organizers, and the ensuite bathroom feels like a spa thanks to the towel heater, custom woodwork, and some other upgrades we made.
• Radiant in-floor heating is one of the coolest inventions in recent decades. Our heating bills were low even in the coldest winters thanks to the efficient systems throughout the home. In the summers, central air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable.
• The flexible lofted bonus space on the top floor is awesome - a rarity in a townhome! It worked great as a play area for our kids or a home office for us.
• Beautiful Japanese Maple trees outside the home provide shade and vibrant color year-round. Whether in our private outdoor space or on the whole street, we really loved the ever-changing landscape of this neighborhood - especially this time of year!
• There are smart, high-tech upgrades throughout the home that truly just make life easier. Many systems are Alexa/Google capable and can be operated from your phone - the security cameras, Nest thermostat, Lutron smart lighting, and even the ceiling fans!
• We love our neighbors! Many residents in this area have been here for a long time, and take great care of their homes and gardens. Everyone is so nice and inviting, and we all look out for each other. We made many friends living here and will miss the sense of community greatly.
• The kitchen is a dream to cook or bake in. The space really lends itself to having multiple chefs, is extremely well-laid out, and has high-quality upgraded appliances.
• All the diverse offerings of Fremont, Ballard and Queen Anne are within minutes. This home is a short stroll to the Fremont Bridge, plus both the Ship Canal Trail and the Burke Gilman Trail are nearby. Even getting to South Lake Union on foot is a doable and enjoyable walk along the waterfront.
