TOP THINGS OUR CLIENTS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME

• This home basks in great natural light all year round - it doesn't feel dark and cold in the wintertime, even on the rainiest of days! We had an extensive collection of plants that were all thriving thanks to the great amount of light coming in.

Both of the upstairs bedrooms make fantastic home offices or flex spaces. We even used one as a music studio! There's really no shortage of useful space here.

• You're a short stroll away from the famous Kubota Garden - a hidden gem in south Seattle that truly stuns all year! Pick up a coffee and go wander through the trails, Japanese-style gardens, and along ponds surrounded by flowers. It's a really special, peaceful place!

• We loved to host in the large fenced backyard! It's got plenty of space for friends to spread out at a BBQ, plus room for pets or kids to run around. You can catch great views of sunrises out there as well!

• The 2-car garage has been perfect for us - we used some of the space to park and the rest for storage, working on projects and a motorcycle!

• We loved having the flexibility of the daylight basement - it was perfect for watching movies, having guests, and just having more room to spread out.

• There are so many hidden gems in the general neighborhood when it comes to dining out. You can find cuisines from all over the world and so many local, family-owned restaurants. A short drive away, you also get access to all the fun spots in Beacon Hill and Columbia City - some favorite spots are Sam Choy's Poke, Geraldine's Counter, Milk Drunk and Stonehouse Cafe.

• Getting downtown or to SeaTac is super easy from here thanks to nearby access to the light rail. The Rainier Beach station is a short drive or bike ride away!

Cooking in this kitchen is so dreamy and fun! It was beautifully updated by the previous owner, and has tons of countertop work space and cabinet storage. The flow of the space is ideal for entertaining too, since there's a breakfast bar as well as a more formal dining area.

• The gorgeous Seward Park is really close-by - it's an incredible place to go for a walk or run, swim in the summer, or just stroll along the boardwalk looking out over Lake Washington!
